Learning Objectives

  •  At the end of scenarios, linking back to JTAs at highest level
  • "Find the regulation that was violated"; link back to JTA to find the regulation that was violated
  • Link them to the MSHA website for the full story (fatalgrams)
  • JTA level - delineate between how to use the JTAs and the learning outcomes
  • "the learner will be able to...." is a learning outcome every objective should have "ABCD"; audience, behavior, criteria, degree (not so much concerned with degree)

 

Final Presentation

  • Similar to Task Analysis presentation
  • Print out copies of powerpoint presentation for them
  • Want them to know we were not able to use drag and drop, flash video
  • Advantages/disadvantages of Workforce Connections - client needs to hear this to know why certain features were not repeated from last year.
  • Videos can be flash, quicktime, whatever; mine training staff will not have to edit.
  • Cannot include interactive features like mousovers, drag and drop, etc.
  • Our presentation for 730 will be on the 4th
  • Wants to see the formative evaluation from prototype

After final presentation

  • Once training for this semester is finalized, send out an e-mail with instructions to all SMEs to test it, include date to get feedback to us (by 3rd week in January?) 
  • Possibly construct online survey?
  • By the time we get back, we will have input on the design
  • Put final document in mail to them; completed and mailed by the 14th
    • Mailing to Jeffrey Duncan, two copies - ask them on presentation day who we should mail binders to, how many copies
  • Tuesday the 12th, we will have immersion interviews, done by 3rd party, 30 minutes in length, how to improve program, thoughts and perceptions, her name is Jody
