Accomplishments:
- Uploaded major portion of content (scenarios, fatalgrams) to Workforce Connections.
- Analyzed and revised existing content on opening pages within the system.
- Compiled list of ideas to implement within training system, including:
- Highlighting each focus area on scenario mine maps with colored indicator.
- Bolding multiple choice answers (both correct and incorrect) with tags.
- Audio introduction for home page (to demonstrate audio capabilities)
- Columnizing JTA view
Compiled list of Workforce Connections requests, including:
- Font sizing
- Image resizing more resolute than 50/75/100 %
- Image centering
- Better formatted questionnaire/answers
- Printable text area for comments/reflections
Delegated parts and prepared semester final presentation.
Open Items:
- Clarify listing of JTA objectives.
- Waiting for updated WC skin implementing team’s requested changes.
- Use Javascript to open regulations and other links in a different, smaller browser window.
- Summarize and elaborate on answers where possible.
Next Week's Goals:
- Finish uploading content to Workforce Connections.
- Make revisions to existing content in Workforce Connections based on Thursday’s meeting with Dr. Dabbagh.
- Select final media to incorporate into training program.
- Make semester final presentation to MSHA officials on Friday, December 8, 2006.
